Refund Policy

Groundwork generates and delivers digital documents immediately on payment. Because of this, the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once your documents have been delivered. You are asked to confirm this at checkout before purchasing.

When we will refund you in full

If your documents were not delivered due to a technical fault on our part, and we are unable to deliver them within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us with your order reference and we will process your refund within 5 business days.

If you are unhappy with your documents

If you believe the documents do not reflect the answers you provided, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will regenerate your documents at no charge. If you remain unhappy after regeneration, we may at our discretion offer a 50% partial refund.

We do not offer refunds on the grounds that the documents do not constitute legal advice. This limitation is clearly stated before purchase and in the documents themselves.

Please note that payment processing fees charged by Stripe are outside our control and non-recoverable; we will always return the maximum amount available to us.

Reviewed pack

If you purchased the Reviewed Pack (£349 ex VAT) and we are unable to arrange your 30-minute review call within 14 days of delivery, you are entitled to a refund of the difference between the Reviewed Pack price and the full price pack (£200 ex VAT).

Groundwork Maintain subscription

Groundwork Maintain is an annual subscription at £59 ex VAT per year. You may cancel at any time by emailing groundwork@kintal.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no further payments will be taken after that date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription payment and no regulatory update has been delivered, we will issue a full refund on request.
